A small bakery with a big belief: bread should be made the way it was meant to be.

Mill Mama started with a simple question: why doesn't bread taste like it used to? The answer led us to freshly milled grain — and changed everything.

When you mill grain fresh, you keep the bran, the germ, and all the flavor and nutrition that commercial milling strips away. The result is bread with depth, texture, and a taste that reminds you what real food is supposed to be.

Today, we bake fresh every week for families across Kingston and the surrounding area. Whether it's our signature honey wheat loaf or a dozen chocolate chip cookies, everything starts with grain we mill ourselves, that same day.

Freshly Milled

We never use pre-ground flour. Every grain is stone-milled in our shop within hours of baking, preserving nutrients and flavor that commercial flour lost weeks ago.

Local First

We deliver to our neighbors in Kingston and surrounding communities. Supporting local means building real relationships, not shipping boxes cross-country.

Simple Ingredients

Our bread contains what bread should: flour, water, salt, and time. No dough conditioners, no preservatives, no unpronounceable additives.

We source heritage grains from small farms, minimize waste, and use compostable packaging. Good bread shouldn't cost the earth.
